War schon das 2. mal dort. Einfach Mega Hotel in top Lage und vor allem sehr ruhig. Beim n?chsten mal wieder.

位於市中心，和购物街，阿斯特湖，地铁站都是10分钟的路程。 酒店早餐很丰盛，就是周日早上人太多了。楼下餐厅和酒吧不错，服务人员异常热情专业。

"Das Renaissance Hotel in Hamburg hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist aber insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Leider hatte ich w?hrend meines Aufenthalts einige M?ngel in meinem Zimmer. Die Fenster waren nicht optimal ged?mmt, sodass ich die K?lte deutlich spürte. Auch kam es direkt beim Check-in zu einem Kurzschluss im Badezimmer, weshalb ich dort kein Licht hatte. Dieses Problem konnte trotz meines Sp?t-Check-ins nicht umgehend behoben werden.
Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch das Personal an der Hotelbar am Abend war sehr nett. Leider wurde ich beim Check-in und bei der Bestellung eines Latte Macchiato an der Bar nicht ganz so freundlich empfangen.
Insgesamt war der Service gemischt, aber die Ausstattung des Zimmers l?sst doch einiges zu wünschen übrig. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse und Stern-Kategorie h?tte ich einen besseren Zustand der Zimmer erwartet. Ich hoffe, das Hotel nimmt sich dieser Punkte zeitnah an, um das Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis zu verbessern. Die gute Lage kann den Gesamteindruck leider nicht vollst?ndig aufwiegen."

地理位置很方便，离开市政厅广场很近，走到市政厅广场的路上会经过一条精品街，全世界的主要名牌都会在精品街上找到，购物很方便，但房间面积不大，很紧凑

Hotel is located very near to train station. Stayed for 3 nights and we love this place. Breakfast is delicious though the same everyday, hope they can improve through alternating the breakfast menu. Gym is spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping is decent and beds are comfy. Counter staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice hotel which we highly recommend.

Location is good which is just two minutes walk from train station. Breakfast buffet is worth to have it, there are different selections of food and a very nice coffee to start a day. Friendly staff in reception but the waiting time for check in is a bit long , maybe it was the peak time. A bit disappointed of No slipper was offered in my room. Overall it is a nice hotel which can be recommended.
